Who we are and what this policy covers

Complete Gastonia Insulation Services is an insulation contractor in Gastonia, NC. This policy explains what information we collect when you use our website, call us or ask for a quote, and what we do with it.

It covers every page of our site, from the home page to our service and city pages. If you want to know more about who we are before you reach out, our About page has that.

What information we collect

We collect what you choose to give us. When you fill out our quote request form, you'll usually give us your name, phone number, email, address and a few words about your house and what's going on with it.

Our contact form runs on an outside form service, so the details you type are stored by that service and passed to us so we can reply.

When you call (980) 745-0005 or email us, we keep a record of who called, how to reach you and what you asked about, so the person who follows up knows the job.

Like most websites, ours also collects some information on its own. That includes the pages you visit, how long you stay, the type of device and browser you use, a general location based on your internet address and the site that sent you to us.

We use cookies to do this. Cookies are small files your browser keeps so a site can remember a visit and count traffic. We don't use them to collect your name or contact details.

If we did work at your house, we keep job records, invoices and contact details for as long as we need them for warranty questions, taxes and our own business records.

Website traffic information is kept by our analytics tools in summary form and is cleared on their regular schedule.

Your choices and rights

You can ask us what information we have about you, ask us to correct it or ask us to delete it, and we'll do that unless we have to keep a record for legal or tax reasons. Tell us what you'd like and we'll take care of it.

You can also turn off or delete cookies in your browser settings. The site will still work, and we just won't count your visit the same way.

If you'd rather we stop calling or emailing you about a quote, say so and we'll stop.

Keeping your information safe

We use reputable services that protect the information they store, and only the people who need your details to do the job can see them. No website or email system is perfectly secure, so please don't send us payment card numbers through the form or by email.

Children

Our site is meant for homeowners and property owners. We don't knowingly collect information from children under 13, and if we learn we have, we'll delete it.
